Jen Sharp has been with Elders since February 2017. As a full time Property Manager. Jen’s role consists of tenanting, periodic inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections and more.
She’s particularly good at handling difficult maintenance issues and gaining a positive outcome for all parties involved. Jen strives to action all maintenance issues from a dripping tap to a burst pipe in a timely manner.
Jen loves solving communication problems between tenants and landlord. Her greatest triumph was when she rented a property to a non-English speaking background family and she continues to communicate well even with the language barrier.
