Maria has worked as a Residential Sales Executive in Darwin’s competitive real estate industry since her move from Sydney in 2002.
She commenced with the Ray White Group, and found this provided a fantastic launching pad for her career in real estate. She then joined Colliers International in 2004, and spent a wonderful 10 years with some of the best people in the industry. Following Maria’s move from Colliers she joint Elders real estate in November 2015.
In order to excel as residential sales agent, she believes above all else you have to be committed to servicing your clients in a highly professional manner. In addition to this, you must be willing to exceed the expectations of both vendors and purchasers, especially in the face of challenges. Integrity coupled with advanced negotiating skills, is of the utmost importance in her role, as is showing empathy towards her clients situation.
